There are many ways to keep it. First, those who are always on the go from morning till night should find time to relax because too much strewill affect their health. Second, enough time should be left for sleep because that will help one become rested and refreshed. Finally, regular physical exercises benefit one's health a lot. 英語一直是我最頭痛的一門功課。因?yàn)樵谖铱磥碛袩o數(shù)個(gè)毫無規(guī)律的英語單詞要背誦，還有那莫名其妙的聽力，都令我煩惱不已。但這學(xué)期我發(fā)現(xiàn)我似乎對這門討厭的功課產(chǎn)生了興趣。
事情的起因是爸爸出差到北京，給我?guī)Щ亓艘慌_讀書郎英語同步讀書機(jī)。我立刻被它漂亮的外表吸引住了，因?yàn)樗褚慌_高檔的筆記本電腦。打開讀書機(jī)，左邊是音標(biāo)，分為元音、輔音；右邊是26個(gè)英語字母。最大的好處是它可以下載我上課用的PEP教材。媽媽讓我打開英語課本，翻到第1頁，把讀書機(jī)中的頁碼調(diào)至相同頁碼，我再用那神奇的信號筆一點(diǎn)，點(diǎn)到哪兒，讀書機(jī)就發(fā)出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的讀音，點(diǎn)第二遍時(shí)它就譯出這個(gè)單詞的中文含義，真是太神奇了！
剛開始幾天，我每天一放學(xué)就抱著這臺讀書郎，漸漸地新鮮勁也就過去了。媽媽看準(zhǔn)了時(shí)機(jī)，立即調(diào)動我的積極性，把老師當(dāng)天教的英語單詞分批教我，并慢慢告訴我這個(gè)字母在單詞中所發(fā)的音。這樣，日積月累，慢慢地我對有些字母的發(fā)音規(guī)律也有所掌握。正像媽媽所說的那樣，一旦你會讀準(zhǔn)這個(gè)單詞，那么這個(gè)單詞的一半已被記住，只要稍一用心，就可記住全部。媽媽告訴我：學(xué)習(xí)英語要循序漸進(jìn)，因?yàn)橛洃洉p，所以學(xué)單詞時(shí)，先學(xué)一遍，過一會兒復(fù)習(xí)一遍，到第二天再復(fù)習(xí)一遍，一星期、一個(gè)月內(nèi)再次復(fù)習(xí)，這樣能把短期記憶變成長期記憶。這種方法叫作思馬德記憶。按照媽媽所說的'方法，我試了一下。哎，果真有效果！漸漸地我對背誦單詞有點(diǎn)竅門了。這個(gè)學(xué)期六個(gè)單元所要求的四會單詞，我全部做到了會聽、說、讀、寫。
因?yàn)楸痴b單詞有了明顯的進(jìn)步，得到了老師的表揚(yáng)，我的學(xué)習(xí)熱情倍增，對聽力也產(chǎn)生了興趣。現(xiàn)在我拿到聽力課文，不象以前那樣手忙腳亂，而是先把課文、圖案看一遍。如果是選擇題，我會看清圖案，了解這幾幅圖的大致含義，再聽錄音。我現(xiàn)在能抓住幾個(gè)重點(diǎn)詞語與圖案進(jìn)行對照，基本能做到準(zhǔn)確無誤。對閱讀也同樣，抓住幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞語和下面的問題進(jìn)行對照。

It is the introduction of the Yakult milk. And we also drank a bottle of Yakult milk too. It is so delicious. After that they showed us around the workshops. It is so clean and quiet. Most of them are machines.
There are a few workers in this factory. It is the first time for me to see such a mechanical factory.
At noon, we went to the MacDonald’s for lunch.
