　　不過，相對的自我保護也是要有的。為了避免吸入霧霾，霧霾天氣切勿開窗。出去旅游，或者游玩時，請戴上口罩。多喝桐橘梗茶,并且適量補充維生素d。還要多喝水，飲食要清淡。

　　霧霾還會引發(fā)許多疾病，如呼吸道疾病、心血管疾病等，各種危害人體健康的大病。

　　保護自己，與霧霾做斗爭是最重要的，霧霾雖然恐怖，但是人們還是想出許多辦法與霧霾決戰(zhàn)，如：人工降雨等。但是，這畢竟只能小范圍短時間地控制霧霾，不是長久之計。所以，大家應(yīng)該保護環(huán)境。
