　　鏡湖在蕪湖市可是個(gè)家喻戶(hù)曉的地方，外地人來(lái)蕪湖必看的一景。現(xiàn)在的鏡湖風(fēng)景優(yōu)美，是市民休閑的好去處�？赡阒�道以前的鏡湖是什么樣子嗎？聽(tīng)我給你講講吧。

　　在上世紀(jì)90年代中后期，鏡湖的水體呈高富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化狀態(tài)，水質(zhì)嚴(yán)重惡化，水變成了黃色。惡化的原因主要有：蕪湖市某醫(yī)院通過(guò)地下水道將大量未經(jīng)處理的.污物、污水直接排進(jìn)了鏡湖；部分素質(zhì)不高的市民往鏡湖里倒垃圾；最可氣的是鏡湖風(fēng)景區(qū)的某些工作人員竟然在鏡湖里洗拖把！慢慢地，鏡湖水變成了黃色，湖面上漂浮著許多垃圾，還散發(fā)著一股臭味。來(lái)到鏡湖邊的人們都捂著鼻子跑開(kāi)了，嘴里還不停地說(shuō)：“真臭！臭死了！”

　　一九九九年DDD二０００年，蕪湖市人民政府號(hào)召全市人民清理鏡湖。首先，工作人員用機(jī)器將湖水抽干，再由黨員帶頭和市民們一起挖掉淤泥，最后注入清澈的水。我外公是黨員，他有著親身體驗(yàn)，外公說(shuō)，那次勞動(dòng)很累，但改善了鏡湖的水質(zhì)，大伙兒都感到很高興。

　　現(xiàn)在人們的環(huán)保意識(shí)增強(qiáng)了，再也沒(méi)有人往鏡湖里扔垃圾、排污水了。當(dāng)你來(lái)到鏡湖時(shí)，你會(huì)看到一片清澈的湖水，水底游來(lái)游去的小魚(yú)，湖水旁婀娜的垂柳和剛長(zhǎng)出來(lái)的青青的小草。

Here are several ways I think effective to release the stress.

　　First of all, we must bear in mind that stress is really natural and we needn’t worry about it at all. In fact, proper stress may stimulate our brain efficiency and we will perform better under proper stress.

　　Secondly, if we cannot conquer the fear of stress, just shift our attention to other aspects, such as listening to music. As for myself, I often listen to light music when I feel stressed, and I always find myself refreshed and relaxed during the process. Besides, doing sports can have the same effect as well.

　　Last but not least, we can turn to our parents and teachers for help. Keep in mind that they are not only the adults we depend on but also our reliable friends. If I talk to them, I will feel I am not a single person and supported both physically and mentally by them.

　　True，you may encounter inconveniences if you travel individually，for instance，getting accommodations for the night and finding a place for meals. But nothing can be compared with the freedom which is vital to a person who takes a holiday trip mainly to escape from constraints of his routine life.
