為此，李老師為了激力其他的同學(xué)，在班上宣布：只要誰趕上或超過了我，就翻倍獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)小盾牌�？墒牵罾蠋焻s在背地里三翻五次的`告誡我說："你一定要更加努力，不要停步不前，這樣他們會(huì)很容易趕上你的。"

The pudding is then wrapped with bamboo leaves, bound with a kind of raffia and boiled in salt water for hours.
