  Faculties and departments and relevant units:

  According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education on the management of international conferences held in China, the University is now making pre-application for the major international conferences to be held in China in 20xx and the general international conferences to be held in China in the second half of 20xx (see Annex 1 for the notification documents of the Ministry of Education). Please fill in the Plan of Major/General International Conferences in 20xx-20xx, and submit it to the scientific research secretary of each department before March 22. In principle, the Ministry of Education will no longer accept applications for approval for international conferences that are not predicted on time. Here are some special tips:

  1. Forecast range

  Major international meetings need to be predicted one year in advance. This time, please forecast the major international conference to be held in January-December 20xx. General international conferences need to be declared half a year in advance. Please forecast the general international conferences planned to be held from July to December 20xx.

  2. Prepare before the meeting

  According to the ninth Council resolution of Clinical Education Research Association of Chinese Medicine Higher Education Association, the 15th Academic Seminar of Clinical Education Research Association of Chinese Medicine Higher Education Association is scheduled to be held in Kunming, Yunnan Province from July 29 to 31, 2016. The conference is sponsored by Clinical Education Research Association of Chinese Medicine Higher Education Association. Yunnan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (the First Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine). The details of the meeting are as follows:

  I. Theme of the meeting

  The theme of this conference is "Medical education coordination, Deepening reform, strengthening standards, strengthening construction, and comprehensively improving the quality of clinical medical talent training", and actively promoting the reform and development of traditional Chinese medicine education with the spirit of reform and innovative thinking to establish a sense of enterprise, opportunity and responsibility.

  1. Please write the paper according to the requirements.

  2. The paper should be about 3000 words long. It requires clear views, sufficient arguments, reliable data, standardized charts, correct citations, smooth text, prominent focus, theory with practice, pay attention to reform and innovation, and write essays with scientific integrity. The paper has not been published in a public publication.

  3. According to the specific situation, the paper lists the titles at all levels in the format of "I, (I), 1, (1), ①". Under the title of the paper, write the authors detailed work unit name (specific to the department), name (please add Chinese pinyin), corresponding author (please add Chinese pinyin), postal code, contact telephone number, E-mail address in block letters.

  4. Submission Deadline: May 31, 2016. The papers should be sent to the following E-mail address :linchuang2016@yeah.net with a note of "Solicitation for papers" for the purpose of editing and publishing the conference proceedings on time.
