怎樣才能獲得面試官的青睞
在一對一面試的時候，面試官最常問的開場問題就是“做個自我介紹吧”。在面試中，自我介紹做好了，剩下的部分也就能水到渠成了。那么，用英語自我介紹有哪些要注意的地方呢？請看下文。

What they DO want to hear is a brief introduction to show how your career brought you to THIS point of being here in THIS room with them. This means you need to show where and how you got started, the decisions and changes you made along the way and that the role you are about to be interviewed for is the right progression for your career. And do all this in about 3 minutes!
面 試官想聽的話就是，你告訴他們你的職業(yè)生涯是如何引領著你走到了現(xiàn)在這一步，來到了這間房間來參加面試的。換句話說，你要告訴面試官，你是從哪里開始起步 的，你是怎么開始的，在你的職業(yè)生涯中你都做過什么決定，發(fā)生過什么變化，你還要說說你正在面試的這個職位是你的職業(yè)生涯中的正確方向和選擇。這些內(nèi)容你 都需要在3分鐘內(nèi)說完。
You have three minutes to hold their attention and tell them how you took up your first job after college or university and gained specific skills as your career progressed. Add to this your promotions or appointments to new job roles and how you sought out opportunities to develop in your chosen career. Spend most of your three minutes on your most recent job and how the expertise you have matches the underlying needs of the new job.
