　　Ms. Smith: This is the first time for me to have a Chinese guest. I hope you like westem cooking.

　　1.“think up sth.”表示“想出某事物(如新主意、新名字等)”，例如：Did you think that up yourself?(那是你自己想出來的嗎?)Who thinks up names for new products?(誰給新產(chǎn)品想名字?)

　　2.“be proud of sth./sb.”意為“為…感到驕傲或引以自豪”，例如：Her parents are proud of her.(她的父母以她為驕傲。)You should be proud of yourself.(你應(yīng)該為自己感到驕傲。)

　　3.“find sth/sb.+形容詞”這個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)常用來表達(dá)對某人某事的一種特殊感覺，可譯為“發(fā)現(xiàn)某人/某事…”。形容詞如wonderful，easy，useful，interesting等都可以用于這個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)，例如：She found the work very interesting.(她發(fā)現(xiàn)這個(gè)工作很有趣。)
