民用爆炸物品儲(chǔ)存庫(kù)爆炸環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)值的計(jì)算

摘要： 針對(duì)民用爆炸物品儲(chǔ)存庫(kù)所存物品具有易爆的高度危險(xiǎn)屬性,針對(duì)該類項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)類型為爆炸的特征,建立了從爆炸導(dǎo)致的沖擊波、飛石、爆轟產(chǎn)物致人死亡數(shù)求算風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事故危害值,進(jìn)而計(jì)算出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)值的方法.通過實(shí)例計(jì)算,證實(shí)了該風(fēng)險(xiǎn)值計(jì)算方法是一種針對(duì)性、可操作性、實(shí)用性較強(qiáng)的評(píng)價(jià)方法,為類似工程的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)提供了有益借鑒.同時(shí),也為民用爆炸物品儲(chǔ)存庫(kù)選址階段提供了較為快捷的合理性判斷方法. Abstract： The goods stored at civil exploder depositories are prone to blast and pose high risks on the surrounding environment.This paper establishes an effective calculation method to evaluate the potential blasting risks from civil exploder depositories, in view of the consequent shock wave, the blasting drifts, and the number of victims. This calculation is demonstrated to be pertinent, maneuverable, and practicable, by application to a civil exploder depository.
