石灰石濕法煙氣脫硫中氟絡(luò)合物的影響

摘要: 在中試濕壁吸收塔中實驗研究了氟絡(luò)合物對石灰石濕法煙氣脫硫特性的影響。實驗結(jié)果表明,F(xiàn)-離子會與從噴霧干燥脫硫副產(chǎn)物和石灰石溶解得到的Al3+反應(yīng),生成氟化鋁絡(luò)合物(AlFX),該絡(luò)合物吸附于石灰石顆粒的表面,極大地阻礙石灰石的溶解,甚至是在AlFX濃度非常低的時候。氟化鋁絡(luò)合物導(dǎo)致石膏產(chǎn)物中殘余CaCO3含量的增加和石膏顆粒粒徑變小。吸收漿液中F-和Al3+離子濃度的增加會增強對脫硫特性的負面影響;瘜W(xué)平衡模型的計算結(jié)果表明,吸收漿液的pH控制在5.5以上能分解AlFX,從而預(yù)防其對石灰石溶解的阻礙。 Abstract: The effect of fluoride complexes on the performance of wetlimestone flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) was investigated in a pilot-scale wetted-wall column. The experimental results showed that F- reacted with Al3+ dissolved from the residual product of spray dry scrubber and limestone to form aluminum/fluoride complexes (AlFX), which was absorbed on the surface of limestone particles and extremely inhibited their dissolution even when the concentration of AlFX was very low in the liquid phase. The complexes led to the increase of residual CaCO3 in the gypsum product, and decreased the particle diameter of gypsum crystal. The negative influence on WFGD was increased with increasing the concentration of F- and Al3+ in the slurry.
