PET瓶回收再生技術(shù)進(jìn)展
摘要: 對(duì)廢PET瓶進(jìn)行回收再生,不但可以減少環(huán)境污染,而且還可以節(jié)省資源.文章介紹了廢PET瓶常用的物理回收方法和化學(xué)回收方法,簡述了回收再生過程中PET瓶的分選與分離、清洗、切片破碎技術(shù),還對(duì)回收PET瓶片的直接利用技術(shù)、無熔造粒技術(shù)、反應(yīng)擠出增黏以及PET高分子合金制造技術(shù)等進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了概述,指出了廢PET瓶回收再生領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展方向. Abstract: The reusing of recycled PET bottles can not only decrease environment pollution but also bring resource saving, The technology progress of recycling and reuse of PET bottles during the recent years was reviewed, including the physical reclaim and the chemical reclaim, the techniques of selection and separation, crushing and washing, slicing up and breaking up, the techniques of direct reuse, the techniques of non-melting regulating, the techniques of chain extension in reactive extruder and and the techniques of PET alloy manufacture.
