育本質(zhì)的回歸。并探討了教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）本質(zhì)回歸的原因及實(shí)現(xiàn)本質(zhì)回歸的條件。這對(duì)全面認(rèn)識(shí)素質(zhì)教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）有積極意義。

當(dāng)前我國(guó)教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)是“應(yīng)試教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）”向素質(zhì)教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）的轉(zhuǎn)軌。對(duì)于這個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)軌的實(shí)質(zhì)，教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）理論界尚缺乏 統(tǒng)一的認(rèn)識(shí)，這就導(dǎo)致目前素質(zhì)教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）從概念到具體操作都出現(xiàn)見(jiàn)仁見(jiàn)智現(xiàn)象的重要原因。我們認(rèn)為教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）在本質(zhì) 上是素質(zhì)教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)），“應(yīng)試教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）”是教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）本質(zhì)的一種異化現(xiàn)象�！皯�(yīng)試教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）”向素質(zhì)教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）轉(zhuǎn)變的實(shí)質(zhì)是教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）本質(zhì)的 回歸。

一、教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）在本質(zhì)上應(yīng)該是素質(zhì)教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）

關(guān)于教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）的本質(zhì)，古今中外的許多教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）家、思想家都作過(guò)不同的論述。我國(guó)孟軻在《孟子．盡心篇》中最 早說(shuō)：“得天下英才而教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）之，三樂(lè)也”�！吨杏埂飞险f(shuō)：“修道之謂教”�！盾髯樱�修身》中說(shuō)：“以善先 人者謂之教”�！墩f(shuō)文解字》中說(shuō)：“教，上所施，下所效也”、“育，養(yǎng)子使作善也”。在西文，夸美紐斯 主張：“教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）在于發(fā)展健全的個(gè)人”。盧梭則認(rèn)為：“植物是由栽培而成，人是教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）而成�！迸崴顾�洛齊更是 明確提出：教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）是“依照自然法則，發(fā)展兒童道德、智慧和身體各方面的能力�！倍磐�說(shuō)：“教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）即生活”、 “教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）即生長(zhǎng)�！碧K聯(lián)巴拉諾夫等認(rèn)為：“教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）就是形成個(gè)性的一個(gè)因素。教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）就是人們想用某些手段達(dá)到一 定目的，即發(fā)展和形成受教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）者的一些特定品質(zhì)。”綜上先哲們教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）實(shí)質(zhì)的觀(guān)點(diǎn)，盡管滲有他們各自的哲學(xué)觀(guān) 、社會(huì)觀(guān)、倫理觀(guān)，反映著不同的時(shí)代、不同階級(jí)的要求，但他們的論述卻集中在一個(gè)基本的共同點(diǎn)上，即把 教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）看作是培養(yǎng)人的活動(dòng)，其目的在于促使個(gè)體社會(huì)化，促使受教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）者的身心得到發(fā)展，在知識(shí)、品格等方面 都能適應(yīng)社會(huì)的需要。而個(gè)體先天自然因素和后天的社會(huì)因素包括知識(shí)技能、文化涵養(yǎng)、心理品質(zhì)等的“合金 ”就構(gòu)成了個(gè)體的素質(zhì)，所以教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)xfhttp教育網(wǎng)）在本質(zhì)上就是培養(yǎng)個(gè)體的素質(zhì)，即素質(zhì)教育（www.xfhttp.com－雪風(fēng)網(wǎng)
