  一、教學目標

  1、能聽懂、會說新單詞carry,clever,understand,difficult,friendly,happy as a bird;能理解單詞the other people,spoke to,never mind;

  2、能聽懂、會說、復述本課原故事;

  3、能感知并理解形容詞原級比較形式“as…as”的用法;

  4、滲透與人為善的教育。

  二、教學重點及難點

  重點:理解并復述故事

  難點:“as…as”結構。

  三、教學準備

  英語讀物一本、單詞卡片、教學掛圖、教學磁帶等。(有條件的學?衫没脽羝蚨嗝襟w課件)

  四、教學步驟

  Step 1  Warming up

  1、師生問候。

  2、唱已學的英語歌曲。

  3、利用教室中的物品或文具作比較,自由會話。

  Step 2  Presentation and drill

  1、情景引入,教新單詞carry,clever,understand,diffcult,friendly,happy as a bird。

  1)抱起一疊作業(yè)本,假裝抱不動。

  T:Oh,the exercise books are so heavy that I cant carry it .Who can carry them for me ? Who can help me?

  S1: Let me carry them for you.

  T: Thank you . Youre so friendly.

  板書單詞carry 和friendly,帶讀。

  2)出示英語讀物。

  T: S2,please read this story for us.

  S2: Sorry ,I cant read it.

  T: It doesnt matter . This book is too difficult.

  板書單詞difficult,帶讀。

  T:Who can read it?

  S3: Let me have a try.…

  T: You are very clever. I feel very happy. And I think I am as happy as a bird . Do you understand?

  板書單詞clever,understand,happy as a bird,解釋其含義,然后帶讀若干遍。

  2、聽課文B部分錄音,跟讀單詞。

  Step  3  Fast  reading  and  ilstening

  1、快速閱讀課文A部分,理解故事大意,回答問題。

  T: One day ,the children were free. Where did they go? what did they do? Please read the story puickly and see what the story is about.

  2、聽課文A部分錄音,進一步理解故事內(nèi)容;模信其語音、語調(diào),掌握新詞難句的'讀音。

  Step  4  intensive reading

  1、精讀課文,討論完成問題。

  2、再次閱讀課文,然后兩人一組完成課文C部分練習。

  3、再次聽錄音,跟讀。

  Step  5  Consolidation

  1、根據(jù)表格復述故事。

  2、評價。

  3、練習。(見《練習冊》P33-34)

  4、家庭作業(yè)。

  1)聽磁帶,背課文。

  2)復述故事給家人聽。

  Period  2

  一、教學目標

  1、能掌握并熟練地運用結構“as…as”

  2、通過情景交際,提高學生運用語言、組織語言的能力,激發(fā)學生的求知欲。

  二、教學重點及難點

  重點:掌握并靈活運用“as…as”結構。

  難點:對人(事)物作出恰如其分的比較描述。

  三、教學準備

  人物和動物圖片、各種文具若干。

  四、教學步驟

  Step 1  Warming up

  1、師生問候。

  2、復述課文A部分故事。

  Step 2  Practice

  課文D部分。

  1、兩人一組討論。

  T: Read the description carefully. Discuss and find out how tall each child is.

  2、完成練習。

  Step  3  Consolidation

  1、創(chuàng)設情景,自由會話。

  難點:正確選擇參照物進行比較。

  三、教學準備

  動物圖片(或幻燈片)等。

  四、教學步驟
