　　I am very glad to be here for this interview. First let me introduce myself. My name is abc, 25 years old. I come from Weifang, a beautiful city of Shandong Province. I graduated from Commercial College in July, 200 and major in finance. Then, I was a teacher in abc, When I was a senior school student, I am interested in thought and began to read a certain classic work of Marxism, eecially I finished reading “the florilegium of Mao ZeDong”. 　　自我介紹時首先應(yīng)禮貌地做一個極簡短的開場白，并向所有的面試人員示意，如果面試考官正在注意別的東西，可以稍微等一下，等他們注意轉(zhuǎn)過來后才開始。

　　注意掌握時間，如果面試考官規(guī)定了時間，一定要注意時間的掌握，既不能超時太長，也不能過于簡短，以2—3分鐘為宜。

　　介紹的內(nèi)容不宜太多地停留在諸如姓名、教育背景、工作經(jīng)歷、時間等東西上，因為這些在你的簡歷表上已經(jīng)有了，你應(yīng)該的談一些跟你所申請MBA有關(guān)的工作經(jīng)歷和所取得的成績，以證明你確實有能力勝任所申請商學院的MBA。

　　根據(jù)我的經(jīng)驗，準備“自我介紹”時要注意幾個問題：

　　1）時間以兩分鐘內(nèi)為宜。

　　面試官一般會說“先簡單介紹一下你自己”，有時候會強調(diào)不要超過兩分鐘，或五分鐘。有人以為自己經(jīng)歷豐富，兩分鐘哪足以展示自己多彩的一生？我要強調(diào)，任何人都不喜歡聽別人吹噓自己，面試官更希望盡快走完必要的程序（自我介紹，兩道抽簽題），剩下更多時間問一些他們感興趣的問題，所以，千萬不要把“自我介紹”弄得太長。

　　2）要以事實、數(shù)據(jù)證明自己的優(yōu)秀，不要出現(xiàn)諸如“我很能干，我很優(yōu)秀”等自我吹噓的字眼。

　　比如“1998年、1999年先后被評為報社和報社所在媒體集團先進個人，XX年初被提為部門副主任，半年后提為部門主任。”這句話只字不提我的能力如何、我的貢獻如何，但顯然給面試官留下深刻印象，以至后面專門問了一個問題“假如你很優(yōu)秀，老板對你很欣賞，把你提為部門經(jīng)理，而你的`部門有一位年紀比你大、資格比你老、業(yè)務(wù)能力比你強的同事，你將如何處理和他的關(guān)系？”

　　3）“自我介紹”的核心應(yīng)該是用你最成功的一段經(jīng)歷或曾做出的最大貢獻來證明你是一個優(yōu)秀的人。

　　北大02年面試線是270，我的分數(shù)是269（英語61，數(shù)學80，管理61，語羅67），屬于從265—269間被幸運挑出來參加面試的30個人之一，我們多了一次預(yù)面試，當時的mba項目主任王建國教授問大家的都是同一個問題“說說你貢獻最大的一件事情”。記得當時我很緊張，回答說“我的文章寫得很好呀，我們主編也很欣賞，還讓我當了部門主任。”現(xiàn)在看這個回答有點離題，不過我在后來的正式面試中用“先進個人”“提升”等不容置疑的事實證明自己的優(yōu)秀至今我都認為在策略上是非常正確的。

　　4）不要提及一些消極的、負面的信息。

　　前面的腳本中間括號部分后來被我刪掉了，原因在于說了這一段，我很容易受到攻擊：既然我在《計算機用戶》干得很順利，官也當了，怎么會想到要換工作呢？雖然我確實有向大眾媒體和財經(jīng)記者轉(zhuǎn)的想法，但如果不是因為和主編后來鬧出了矛盾，我也不至于輕易就離開《用戶》。這段故事要被面試官觸及，我很難證明自己的清白，一不小心可能就給斃掉了。

　　5）要對自己為什么考mba有一個可信的說法。

　　最好在“自我介紹”部分交代這個問題，免得后面考官再問你。雖然大部分人，包括我自己，是因為目前實在沒有什么好機會，才鐵了心來讀mba，但顯然你不能對面試官說“原來的工作很沒勁，沒前途，所以我想通過讀mba改變命運�！蹦銘�(yīng)該說，我有很多機會，讀了mba我會更好地把握這些機會。我的解釋就大有深意：我跟很多著名企業(yè)高層有接觸，意味著將來可以給商學院帶來一些可資利用的關(guān)系，所以我是有價值的；我本科專業(yè)是計算機，缺乏經(jīng)濟學和管理學方面的系統(tǒng)訓練正成為我事業(yè)的瓶頸，mba教育正是解決這個問題的，所以我這樣的人來讀mba是天經(jīng)地義的。

　　6）要把寫好的腳本爛熟于胸。

　　雖然腳本是自己寫的，字數(shù)也不多，背下來并不難，但如果因此而不注意準備，也可能到時一緊張腦子發(fā)暈，說話都不利落，那就麻煩大了。我被老婆逼著一本正經(jīng)做自我介紹，剛開始的時候有幾次中間忘了“臺詞”，在練過十幾遍后，才基本不打頓。在老婆的督促下，我還在好幾個朋友面前背“自我介紹”的臺詞。錄音機是一個必要的工具，有數(shù)碼錄音筆更好，因為有時間顯示。多聽自己的錄音你就會發(fā)現(xiàn)其實有很多需要改進的細節(jié)，比如是否清晰，是否平和，是否底氣足有自信。
