Unit 3 What are you doing for vacation ? Teaching goals : 1. Words & phrases: babysit ,get back , fishing , rent , think about , decide(on) , tourist etc. 2. How to talk about future plans . 3. 現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)表示將來(lái)計(jì)劃或行動(dòng). 4. 特殊疑問(wèn)句(where , when , how long引導(dǎo)) Important and difficult points : Drills :What are you doing for vacation ? I’m watching TV . When are you going ? I’m going … . How long are you staying ? We’re staying for five days . Teaching aids : cards and a tape ,a large wall calendar . 情感、態(tài)度與價(jià)值觀:談?wù)搶W(xué)生日常生活中的活動(dòng)、打算與感受,以此激發(fā)學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)興趣,不斷增強(qiáng)他們對(duì)生活的熱愛(ài)與信心。 單元教學(xué)建議(方法): 積極創(chuàng)設(shè)英語(yǔ)場(chǎng)景,采用角色扮演(Role play )、練習(xí)(Practising )、大聲朗讀(Reading loudly)、問(wèn)與答(Asking and ansering)等方式組織教學(xué),師生互動(dòng)、生生互動(dòng),團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作。以此不斷提高學(xué)生英語(yǔ)動(dòng)嘴、動(dòng)手能力;通過(guò)播放英語(yǔ)錄音幫助學(xué)生進(jìn)一步熟悉英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)力學(xué)習(xí)技巧,從而引導(dǎo)他們進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)興趣,愛(ài)學(xué)英語(yǔ),善學(xué)英語(yǔ),最終進(jìn)一步提高他們的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)等綜合能力。 課時(shí)分配:四課時(shí) SectionA(一) 1課時(shí) SectionA(二) 1課時(shí) SectionB(一) 1 課時(shí) SectionB(二) 1課時(shí) Period 1:SectionA(一) Teaching procedures : Step 1 Leading in 1. Free talk . 2. Put up the wall calendar . T: I’m staying home on Saturday (pointing to next Saturday ). Ss repeat . Ss: I’m staying home on Saturday . T: OK. Today we’ll learn how to talk about future plans. Step 2 Pre-task SB Page 13 , 1a . 1. Look at the picture carefully and tell what you see in the picture . 2. Write the activities from the pictures in the box and add some more . 3. Practice reading . Step 3 While-task 1. Using the activities we write in 1a to make conversations .For example :What are you doing for vacation ? I’m visiting my uncle . 2. Pairwork .Practice in pairs . 3. 用第三人稱(chēng)練習(xí)對(duì)話(huà). 4. Groupwork . Divide the Ss into groups of four or five .Make conversations . 5. Listening Page 13,1b. Check the answers .
