China calls for the development of a "blue economy" to optimize1 the traditional marine2 sector3 and speed up the development of emerging marine industries while promoting sustainability, a Chinese official said. 中國官員表示，中國倡導(dǎo)“藍色經(jīng)濟”發(fā)展，在推動可持續(xù)發(fā)展的同時，優(yōu)化傳統(tǒng)海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)，壯大新興海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)。   Lin Shanqing, deputy administrator4 of China's State Oceanic Administration (SOA), said at United Nations headquarters that the global community at the international, regional and national levels should take advantage of each other's experiences in marine economic development to establish environmentally friendly marine industries. 中國國家海洋局副局長林山青在聯(lián)合國總部表示，國際社會應(yīng)在國際、區(qū)域和國家層面實現(xiàn)海洋經(jīng)濟發(fā)展優(yōu)勢互補，形成發(fā)展環(huán)境友好型的.產(chǎn)業(yè)業(yè)態(tài)。   所謂發(fā)展藍色經(jīng)濟（blue economy），是指發(fā)展依賴于海洋或與海洋相關(guān)的環(huán)境友好型產(chǎn)業(yè)和經(jīng)濟（ocean-based or ocean-relevant environmentally friendly marine industries and economy）。
